Love! Heal! Grow! | Yoni Eggercise Class (2024)

Through music, exercise, and meditation LOVE! HEAL! GROW! explores the body, mind, and spirit and the connection they have to one another.

In this beginner’s exercise class, you will take a trip to balance your chakras while regaining vaginal support.  We will explore self-awareness using healing crystal energy. We will practice breathing techniques to soothe our mind, Kegel exercises to strengthen the body, and a meditation and journaling session to connect to spirit.

Event fees: This event is $20.

Please note: This event has a minimal attendance requirement. The event will be canceled if there are less than 4 registered guests. PRE-SALE TICKETS ONLY: There will be no tickets sold at the door. Tickets go on sale on March 1. Sales end March 31. Guests will receive 24 hours' notice and a refund in the event of cancellation.
