About the Event
Through music, exercise and meditation LOVE! HEAL! GROW explores the body, mind and spirit and the connection they have to one another.
In this beginner’s exercise class, you will take a trip to balance your chakras while regaining vaginal support. We will explore self-awareness using healing crystal energy. We will practice breathing techniques to soothe our mind, Kegel exercises to strengthen the body and a meditation and journaling session to connect to spirit.
