90-MIN Coaching Session STUDIO (BDSM)

Service Description

***A 30-minute complimentary* consultation is required BEFORE booking this service.*** Talk and exercise-based coaching is goal oriented and designed to be progressive. During coaching sessions, clients are given 1-2 exercises to complete during the session and a homework activity. Exercises will focus on; Awareness, Communication, Balance, Concepts exercises. Tracks: Intimacy OR Sacred/Kink Sex) Empowerment Coaching takes place in studio or virtually. Following consultation, an initial coaching session is required and includes: 1) intake 2) assessing which area(s) to focus on and which area(s) to grow. 3) Clients will complete at least one exercise in initial and subsequent sessions. Must purchase package for subsequent coaching sessions.
